Hi all, i just want to share what a fab night we had at the Gemco Theatre last night. Also to thank so many people for turning up !It was quite cold and raining but it didn't deter those hoping to connect to their loved ones. Anyway, once there, it was nice and warm inside and everyone was laughing and connecting with each other. That is one of the aspect's that i love to see as people are brought together to share each other's experiences's and losses.
I see how this provides comfort in time's of grief and helps to soothe the loss in a small, or sometimes profound way. We alway's encourage lot's of laughter to uplift each other and as a way to release the pain we carry as a result of losing someone.
Yes, there is crying too but they alway's tell us it is happy tears. Everyone bond's together on these night's and it is heartwarming. I love the rush for the tea and cakes at the interval and the buzzing of the energy that is created. And then to see everyone rush back to there seats in anticipation for a connection. Sadly, we don't get to everyone but we would really like to be able to. Perhaps it will be there turn next month.
Big acknowledgement to my mum, Maureen, who is 81 years . young ! She braves all sort's of weather to take command of the tea rush and we are proud to have her on board. She will tell you a joke or two if you get her going! Also to Jay as she flits back and forth checking that everything is in order. Where do all those loo rolls go ! Love you Jay. What would we do without you.
And of course love, laughter and happiness to my co worker and mentor Chris, who has been my rock throughout my learning in mediumship. The sharing of so many moments together, laughing and crying and getting up to all sort's of antic's on stage. Mrs Brown, move over, Chrissy's here. Some of the hilarious jokes with the props that get left lying around for us to play with !!
So hope to catch you there next month, you never know what might happen. love, Jackie.
P.S........ Don't forget to check out my date's calender Events for what's on next.
